In this love story, a widowed father of two young girls meets and is interested in a young woman who is a career-driven photographer. Believing that his late wife’s parents will not understand his attraction to someone so different and much younger so soon after losing his wife, he keeps his relationship a secret. It’s a secret that catches up with him and it might be too late by the time he realizes that he’s found a second chance at love.

About the Author

Lexi Aidyn, whose real name is Nydia Pastoriza, was born in Puerto Rico but has lived in the states since her teenage years. She grew up in South Florida, but after getting married, she’s relocated and has lived in New Jersey, Mississippi and Charlotte NC where she has called home for the past15 years. She has two children and has been married for 25 years.

Nydia is a graphic, web designer, and photographer by trade. She has helped other indie authors with marketing and design for several years.

Writing under the pen name of Lexi Aidyn, she’s fulfilled a childhood dream when she debuted her first novel, Candid, in the fall of 2017.

In the real world, she’s a Creative Director for a national company. When she’s not writing, designing or taking photos of fun something, she spends her free time reading, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.
