Charlotte Readers Podcast, LLC (“CRP”) collects the following information from you:

- Contact and other personally identifiable information when you contact CRP through the website or via email, or you submit or agree to be a guest on CRP’s podcast (such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, information provided by you in comment boxes on CRP’s website, and information related to you and your work as an author and your agreement to the terms of the Guest Agreement)
- Contact and other information when you sign up as a CRP Patreon member at CRP’s Patreon website (such as your name, email address, billing information and any related information collected by Patreon)
- Charlotte Readers Podcast may collect Cookies, as described below.
How We Collect the Information
CRP collects the above information through: (1) submissions by you through our website; (2) submissions by you through our use of MailChimp; (3) submissions by you through Patreon; (4) communications with you through email or phone calls or texts; and (5) submissions by you through Facebook Leads Ads.
Use of the Information We Collect
CRP uses the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To send you the CRP Newsletter.
- To communicate with you about matters related to CRP, including such matters as: (1) the CRP Newsletter; (2) offers to you by CRP; (3) opportunities at CRP; (4) Patreon membership and benefits; (5) CRP podcast episodes; and (6) CRP Patreon episodes.
- To confirm your agreement electronically to or to receive the executed Guest Agreement if you are a guest on the podcast or on a Patreon episode.
- If you become a Patreon member, to: (1) communicate with you as a Patreon member, and (2) to perform, along with Patreon, necessary activities related to your Patreon membership.
- To perform data analytics in service of CRP’s legitimate business interests.
- To provide content and services through CRP and CRP’s Patreon platform.
CRP stores your information for the above uses and does not sell, distribute or lease your data unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purposes specified in this policy.

Authors Who Submit or Agree to be on the Podcast: You have the right to update the contact and other information you provided via our contact form.
Patreon: You have the right to update the contact and other information you provided as a Patreon member and to modify or cancel your Patreon membership at: patreon.com/charlottereaderspodcast.
Other Communications: Separate from the CRP Newsletter, you have the right to request that we update your contact information or discontinue further communications with you via our contact form.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time with or without notice.
