Belinda is an active member of the Southern Foodways Alliance, International Association of Culinary Professionals, American Culinary Federation, Association of Food Journalists and Les Dames d’Escoffier.
She is the author of “The Flying Foodie Blog” and former co-host of Cooking with Madjon & Chef Belinda, a weekly television cooking show based in Aiken, South Carolina
Her first cookbook is “Just Peachy.”
She lives in Trenton, SC (Edgefield County), in the heart of South Carolina’s peach country.
