Marybeth Whalen’s “Only Ever Her” Pulls a Town Apart in This Women’s Psychological Novel

In today’s episode number 53, we meet best-selling author Marybeth Whalen, whose recent book is “Only Ever Her,” a novel that pulls a town apart in search of a young bride-to-be.

It was supposed to be the perfect wedding – until Annie Taft disappeared. While loved ones frantically try to track her down, they’re forced to grapple with their own secrets, leaving them to wonder how well they really knew Annie and how well they know themselves.

We start the show in this character driven novel two weeks before the wedding with the author reading an early section of the book in Annie’s point of view, where we learn that the killer of Annie’s mother may be released from prison.
