About the Author:

Lynda Bouchard is a former flight attendant who believes that books are the greatest time machines in the world. She is the founder of Booking Authors Ink, a boutique marketing firm dedicated to Southern authors. She hosts the Literary Latte podcast and does not own a TV.

This story was co-written by Lynda Bouchard and her late husband, Yates Davis

Yates Davis (1949-2009) grew up in a small North Carolina town. Although he didn’t write this book at the age of 8, by that age his imagination and creativity were already in overdrive – giving him the basis for this wonderful story and several others. He grew up to be an award-winning broadcaster, radio personality, voice actor, and advertising creative director. Yates was a proud native of the Tar Heel state and attended UNC-Chapel Hill.
