Steve Berry’s bestselling books have been translated into 40 languages with 25,000,000 copies in 51 countries. He was born and raised in Georgia, and was a trial lawyer for 30 years, holding elective office for 14 of those years. He is a founding member of International Thriller Writers.

In addition to his twenty lauded novel, Berry and his wife are the co-founders of History Matters, a non-profit organization that raises money for the preservation and conservation of historic sites. To date, they have raised over $900,000 for such organizations as the James Thurber House, the Edgar Allan Poe house in Baltimore, and the Historic Kansas City Foundation.
